SPRING CONCLAVE IS FAST APPROACHING
March 12 -- 14, 2010

Come join us at Spring Conclave and Ordeal at Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation as we get ready to host the Section Conference in April.

Check-in begins at 6:00 pm Friday evening and the event ends 9:00 am Sunday morning.

Event Fee: $20.00
Ordeal Fee: $21.00 in addition to event fee.

Download the 2010 Section Conference Trading Post Pre-Order Form and the Plan Book are available for download from the Section S-4 Website. The pre-order deadline is the end of February 19, 2010.

The Host Trading Post and Lodge Registration forms are available under the "Event Registration" section of the "Downloads" link above.

TIME TO CHOOSE A COMITTEE FOR SECTION CONFERENCE

We will be hosting the Section S-4 Conference at Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation on April 16-18, 2010. We will need every brother's help to make this a sucess.

The committees are as follows:

Facilities, Dining, Grill, Security & Parking, Transportation, Shows, First Aid, Trading Post, Registration, Hospitality, Ceremonies, Activities, Financial, Vendors.

Descriptions of the committees responsibilities, the chairpersons and their advisors will be posted soon.

WORK DAYS FOR 2010 SECTION CONFERENCE

ATTENTION ALL SEMINOLE LODGE BROTHERS!!

We will be hosting the 2010 Section S-4 Conference at Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation on April 16 - 18, 2010.

Several work days have been scheduled to prepare the camp in addition to our regular lodge weekends. Please plan on helping out.
