
For many years, Christopher Gardner was a fixture at Lodge 85 events. Chris was well respected by both youth and adult Arrowmen. Chris led a life of service and received the Vigil Honor. Despite severe medical problems that began in military service, Chris was a cheerful, happy man, who never lost hope. Chris died at the age of ___ in 199__. The Christopher Gardner Memorial Award, authorized by the Lodge in 2003, is presented annually by Seminole Lodge at its annual banquet to two Arrowmen who have given exceptional, cheerful service over an extended period of time. Recipients are selected by the Past Chiefs Advisory Committee.
